A different light enters this corner of the catalogue. March Of Batteries, from Kim & Buran’s 2004 debut Kosmos For Children, brings analogue electronics, collage and science-fiction imagination with it. Beside All Out’s heavier source material, that choice stands out.
The unofficial remix began with a listener’s suggestion, part of the same exchange of discoveries that brought Bring, Estrella Fugaz and Santiago Cuatro. Someone else’s curiosity had again opened a direction for the producer’s work.
No grand creative turning point is needed here. There is enough in the chance to leave a familiar path and follow a different picture of the future: a little retrofuturism, one composition worth sharing, and the wish to hear it meet a musical language of one’s own.
