Chaos Is Order Yet Undeciphered (Live)

Perhaps chaos is simply an order not yet understood. During the making of Psycho Breaks, the title also suited All Out’s process: themes carried for years, multiple versions and attempts to build something larger than a sequence of individual tracks.

One such attempt became this twelve-minute studio performance sketch in 2015. The Live designation does not describe a concert that took place. This was work on a possible presentation, another way to imagine the music beyond a separate release.

The debut album was still a year away. The fragment’s incompleteness feels less like a shortcoming than room for discovery: the material exists, but its shared form can still be seen differently. Sometimes an order emerges through trying to connect things made separately over a long time.
