Pre Party 2017 (Live)

A pre-party mood has a small scale of its own: it is not yet a full programme, but the desire to bring music together is already there. Pre Party 2017 preserves such a studio performance sketch. It is not the recording of an actual party.

Psycho Breaks had been released, its themes were continuing in new versions, and Motor Cortex Stimulation was still developing. This short fragment sits between those larger works, beside the more extensive Psycho programmes.

This recording can remain a sketch of a possible presentation. An idea need not expand into an album or performance to preserve something of its time; sometimes a brief musical gesture is enough.
