Limitless EP

Early in the All Out catalogue, the music often changed its surroundings before settling into a final shape. Limitless EP brings Approach Extraction, Twisted, Limitless and Necromancer together, before they branched into separate releases, reissues and album transformations.

Twisted had already found company among heavier electronic records. In a November 2011 mix, All Out placed it beside Broken Note, Noisia & Spor, Audio and Konflict. An original was taking its place in a world the producer had first entered as a listener. It would later return as Twisted Reaction.

Approach Extraction went on to receive a remix EP and open All Out Music; early material also appeared on Environments. Yet Limitless remains a small release in its own right: four pieces that do not yet have to explain everything they will become. There is a pleasure specific to beginnings here. The music already exists, while the possibilities for its next move still seem almost boundless.
