Sound System Aberration S02E02

Almost a decade separates this selection from its next meeting with listeners. These twenty records had already appeared in an All Out podcast in November 2011. In 2021, Sound System Aberration gave them another chance to reach beyond their initially small audience.

Xilent’s Evolutions Per Minute and Broken Note’s Channel Zero open the programme. Imprintz & Kloe, Maztek, Brainfuzz, Konflict, Audio and Counterstrike & Katharsys follow, with Noisia & Spor and Paperclip nearer the end. The early All Out original Twisted remains among them, before its continuation as Twisted Reaction.

The return keeps an earlier taste beside a project that was still young at the time. SSA’s release year does not make the records new; it continues the relationship with them. A selection that was scarcely heard can still deserve a listener.
